Yes. If the professional is subsequently placed, the Introduction Fee already paid is adjusted in full against the applicable Placement Fee.
When is the Placement Fee applicable?
The applicable Placement Fee becomes payable when a professional introduced through MedLynk is successfully placed by the institution, in accordance with the agreed commercial terms.

Institutions post their vacancy and can review relevant verified professional profiles. The institution selects profiles to unlock, connects directly with the professional, conducts its own selection process and makes the final hiring decision.
Can a professional be hired after an On-Demand Shift?
Yes. Where an institution and professional decide to proceed with a permanent role after working together through MedLynk, the Permanent Recruitment terms will apply.
